Refund policy

AITCY – Return & Refund Policy 

We appreciate your trust in AITCY. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our return and refund guidelines below. These policies are designed to protect both our customers and the quality of our beauty and skincare products.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet ALL the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
    (including box, seal, label, and all accessories)

  • The product must be in the same condition as received

  • A receipt or order confirmation must be provided

 Items that are opened, used, damaged, or missing components are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons (especially cosmetics, soaps, serums, creams, perfumes).


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Opened perfume bottles

  • Any item missing its seal

  • Sale, promotional, or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to customer handling


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aitcystore.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • AITCY will only provide a prepaid return label if the issue is our fault (wrong item, damaged product, etc.)

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–7 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the refund Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If more than 10 business days pass after approval and you do not see your refund, please contact us at support@aitcystore.com.


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like to switch to a different item, please:

  1. Return the eligible product

  2. Place a new order


7. European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Products must still be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
