1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. In that case, you will receive a notification by email.

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
AITCY is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages
